Priced per role, then per candidate

A one-off fee builds the assessment pack for a role. You keep the pack and reuse it for every future hire into that role. How assessments work →

The details

What counts as a learner?

A named person with a Neuron account, for 12 months from the start of the licence. Seats are not shared. A learner who leaves can be replaced during the term, provided they had not completed the course.

Is there a free option?

Yes. Individuals can take Neuron modules free of charge on the community tier and earn a shareable certificate. Corporate licences add cohorts, single sign-on, reporting, and certificates held on record for compliance.

Can we mix modules from different courses?

Yes. Module licences can be combined freely, and a learning pathway maps a selection to a role. If a pathway covers most of a course, the course licence is usually the better price.

Do bespoke modules stay on Neuron?

By default, yes, with 100 seats included. A SCORM package for your own learning platform is available at a premium, because it replaces the hosted seats.

How do we pay?

Payment is due upfront. Licences and retainers are invoiced annually in advance, and once-off services are invoiced before work starts. All prices exclude VAT.
